Matt Stone, CFP®

Matt Stone graduated from Wayne State College in 1991 earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business with emphasis in Accounting and Finance. Matt has acquired real life experiences from working in public accounting, corporate accounting, both retail and wholesale sales, and as a small business owner. In 1999, Matt joined Linsco/Private Ledger as an independent registered representative. In 2003, while maintaining his relationship with Linsco/Private Ledger, he started Stone Wealth Management, LLC. Matt transformed Stone Wealth Management, LLC into a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in 2005 to better serve his clients. In 2006, Matt developed a relationship with QA3 Financial Services, located in Omaha, NE, to serve as his broker/dealer and RIA. In 2005, Matt began establishing a network of advisors whom specialized in working with small business owners. The development of such a network has allowed Matt to focus on specializing in fee based investment management and helping small business owners add and create value to their business.

Matt feels it is important to continue to advance by acquiring specialized knowledge. This knowledge is used to provide Rizt Carlton service and outstanding performance. He demonstrates this belief by earning the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation, Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) designation, and the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI®) designation.
